Device for measuring the internal volume of an airbag (200) has: a hollow gas supply tank (110), a gas storage unit (120), a piston device (130), a tank pressure manometer (140) and an alternating check valve (150) connected between the airbag and the gas supply tank. During a test the airbag is filled to a desired pressure using the piston and valve to control the amount of gas supplied from the gas supply tank into the airbag. -
