內容摘要 The electrical conductive films containing Silver nanowires (AgNws), hydrophilic and hydrophobic resins were prepared. 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) was used to modify AgNws, and then blended with hydrophobic epoxy resin by in-situ and ex-situ methods. FT-IR reveals that both composites film prepared by in-situ and ex-situ methods possessed –SiO and –NH stretchings which indicates that the interface between AgNws and epoxy was successfully modified by APTES. The XPS analysis reveals that AgNws were attracted by hydrogenbond of -NH2 groups (ex-situ) and –NH– groups (in-situ) after APTES modification. SEM morphological analysis shows AgNws were well dispersed in epoxy resin. The surface electrical resistance (Ω/□) of AgNws/epoxy film prepared by ex-situ process is 2 orders of magnitude lower than that prepared by in-situ process due to higher viscosity and better interfacial interaction of ex-situ AgNws/epoxy mixture during the curing process.
