In this paper, a real-time operating physiological medical signal data acquisition system (PMSDA) was proposed. The system, which is deployed in muti-operating room, utilizes the mature wireless technology and serial port communication to collect physiological medical signal such as Saturation of Peripheral Oxygen (SPO2), Electro-cardiograph (ECG), electroencephalogram (EEG) continuously during the surgery. In addition, the raw data collected will be uploaded to the server for storage and deep analysis later by researchers after some pre-processes. Furthermore, after establishing the physiological medical signal big data collection infrastructure, some basic analysis based on entropy are undertaken to help indicating the depth of anesthesia (DOA). |
